1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The item is free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or any signs of use.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 3 days from the date your order is delivered.

Once your return request is approved, the product should be shipped back or made available for pickup within 2 Days.

Returns requested after the eligible period may not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Include photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once approved, return the product according to the instructions provided.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.

Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 15 WORKING DAYS after the returned item passes inspection. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping, and other service fees are generally non-refundable .
